Terms & Conditions of Participation
1. Organizer

This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta/Instagram/TikTok/etc.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 or older. Employees of the organizers and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on April 16, 2026, 4:00PM (CET) and ends on April 30, 2026, 11:59PM (CET). Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
4. How to Participate
Participation requires the following actions:
Subscribing to the organizer’s newsletter (mandatory). Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the validity of the participation.
Naming your favorite song of THE HALO EFFECT out of the dropdown menu in this form
Each person may participate once, unless otherwise stated.
5. Prize
The prize consists of: 1× 2 VIP Upgrades for a show of choice on the European Tour 2027.
The prize does not include travel, accommodation, or any additional expenses. A cash payout or transfer of the prize is not possible.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries. The winner will be notified via email within 5 days after the giveaway ends.
If the winner does not respond within 5 days, the organizers reserve the right to select a new winner.
7. Data Protection
The following personal data will be processed for participation: email address, the participant’s stated favorite song of THE HALO EFFECT.
And if given these personal data, too: name of participant, country the participant is living, prefered city to see the show, email address of the companion, phone number and birth date.
Data will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway and deleted afterward unless legal retention obligations apply. Further information can be found in our privacy policy: https://www.thehaloeffect.band/data-policy.
8. Exclusion of Participants
The organizers reserve the right to exclude participants who violate these terms, attempt manipulation, or provide false information.
9. Liability
The organizers are not liable for technical issues, failures, or delays that prevent participation. The organizers are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs related to the use of the prize.
10. Changes or Early Termination
The organizers reserve the right to modify, adjust, or terminate the giveaway at any time for important reasons.
11. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
